We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.
To initiate a return, please contact us at contact@linkorahub.com with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 1-2 business days with return instructions.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at contact@linkorahub.com with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
If you received the wrong item, please contact us at contact@linkorahub.com and we will send the correct item or issue a full refund including shipping costs.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method for returns.
